On expiring options OTM, does Manic usually still post something about selling, or do we just know they go to zero and that's that?

Dammit. I missed the SHOP puts, could have helped recoup this week.

I missed them too. Then I saw the price come back to 1.85, but I didn't pull the trigger.

I was trying to watch for something like that, but didn't see it (or didn't hang around long enough).

I have seen that you really do need at least 4 contracts on these. For example, the ROKU puts were broken up into 3 sells (1/4, 1/2, 1/4). I only had 2 contracts, so I was out early and missed the biggest drop on the last 1/4.

And it's wayyy down now.

Same. Except I pulled the trigger and it was up over 2 again so I abandoned. Missed it twice.

Don't feel like you have to get 4. I only buy 2, and then form my own exit strategy.

I'm about 0-10 this week on these. If somebody is willing to pay me I'll take opposite positions on anything you want.

I missed out on about 50k of winnings due to a phone call

out there watching air force flyover of the hospital and miss at $1 --> $8 move

I missed on few of his winners, because I was messing around with tesla. I'm having a good day, but it could have been an amazing day.

I bought and sold tesla puts earlier. I have no idea what's about to happen with it.

That's kind of my issue with manic. You needed to hit everyone of these today to make up for a bad week. Today was all lottos so you are less likely to play them in a small account.

The other issue is if your job makes you miss out on the winners due not being able to watch it all day. Have a meeting at the wrong time and you can miss all the winners for the week.

I think if you followed manic you should have been up this week just on his action today alone if you bet the same dollar amount on each play

That's a ****ing killer and brought me the closest to depression I've ever been this morning. I own a chain of manufacturing companies of drilling equipment. I've been sitting at my desk doing f'ing nothing for weeks interspersed with golf 4x a week. I got a phone call from a customer to shoot the ****, in between I missed Sam's tsla action and the shop play. Would have made me HUUUUUGE Money

Do any of these services ever reveal their trading moves after the fact? I've never used any of them, but it seems like an easy enough thing to do to have sort of running log of all of their trades with a long enough lag to not actually be giving anything away.

I've dabbled in options, but never at a large volume or with a service so I'm honestly asking.

Seems like a good way to validate their value. Otherwise you're just getting a sales pitch from somebody looking to make $100+ a month off of you signing up, or from somebody who is paying it who will inherently want it to be a justifiable expense (i.e. confirmation bias).

Just curious what/if any measures any of these services take to prove their claims.

They use to show a log every now and then, but they haven't in months. Usually it was just to show a good couple of weeks in order to lure in subscribers.

Sam does, he actually posts his account screen, I know he made 450,000 on two of his moves this week on NOW and now TSLa

I've seen some negative feedback on Sam that some of what he posts are paper trades. I have no idea if that is accurate, but if you google him there is a good bit of negative feedback.

It could very well be. I know even if he is trading paper, he had a 10 bagger tweet on now, and a 14 bagger on tsla today. I'm not trading paper so I wish I had gotten in on that

That's very true. Even if it's paper, you make the money if you follow. Good point.
