Sold the 5/8 SQ $70C for $1.5.... only over $5.5 now....
Yea that one hurt. I was a little surprised he didn't hold on for another couple days, but I guess the whole play was behind the April numbers maybeOverSeas AG said:

Take this with a grain of salt because I'm not a charting expert and I miss half the plays due to work. It feels like he tries to give a little advance notice of a breakout which leads to multiple misses on his picks (failed breakouts). Thus, if it doesn't move pretty quick it's likely to fail (unless overnight news helps). On the other hand, the trades which move I'm always too gun shy to jump into as I "missed" the entry.
His AAPL was an obvious hedge play against the ES_F looking like it would fail, but he didn't label as such.
I like Maniac's style more (entries, exits, premarket posts, etc) when compared to Duck. Duck has better results but I had no clue what to do on some of his plays. I also think Duck waits for confirmed breakouts which means most people miss his entry points.
small choppy waves kill premium. Don't ride those.AgShaun00 said:
.i am ok saying no good trades. I think this is like surfing with these guys. Small choppy waves are hard to ride or not much action. Big waves is where they can make money.
plenty of cash on hand. with its previously announced 10% reduction of staff in Q1, should remain on path to being ebitda positive by Q4. Should get insight on Inbev / labatt partnership developments.Andy07 said:
What did your DD find?

I'm about even on Manic calls for the week. At this point I consider him a source of ideas but not much else...

Yeah I think I'm going to can manic and stay with Dan Shapiro for his pivots and cheddarflow for options. ShApiro is awesome but you need to be able to buy $5-10k at a time to make it worth your while as you're just buying shares, so the couple dollar candles he rides don't amount to much unless you have some weight, obviously much less stressful than options as you're not fighting the clock.
I made $400 on tsla in 38 seconds this morning but had to buy $80k of shares to do so.

You can still use his pivots to trade options. I wouldn't be able to trade Tesla if it weren't for options.
