I am. Down 16% right now. I am holding them for more of a hedge right now.

If SPXL can get to $186 then I'll move my stop to just above my entry.
I bought it and it at 122 this morning... was feeling good at 123 and then I went into a meeting and came out to $12 dropAgs2013 said:

PLTR falling off the cliff... finally
I'm actually pretty risk averse. Don't make a lot of 10x's outside of a handful of options plays. But that's usually with $500 - $1k spent. CORZ was the big one last year. Was up nearly 7x. And I sold a good chunk in the $17's to get all my money back.ChucoAg said:
Heineken I'm just curious, what have been your biggest winners so far for you personally? Feel like you have to have a bunch of 10x's

Rode MARA from $8's to $30's. That was nice.
Would have had like 5x all of last year on SLV calls, but I let too many ride without taking profits. Built myself a narrative instead of sticking to a defined plan. Don't trade on narrative. They will almost never play out as expected.
My options strategy usually lands me somewhere between 2x and 5x on winners, with the majority of losers getting nothing. I win more than I lose. There was a rough patch last fall, but I recovered at the end of the year.
My share positions are designed to catch the meat of the move and get out, so I rarely hit payload. I get stopped on A LOT. But small losses. Winners are anywhere from 1.2x to 1.6x on average.
I'm currently out of TSLA, but between shares, TSLL, and TSLZ, I'm probably close to 2.5x. And once it provides the re-entry the goal is to 5x the total capital spent since the 2024 bottom.
But my strategies shift year to year. With the new focus on ending diagonals, I'm hoping to hit a lot more frequency of winners on options.

Took a hell of a nice profit on it the last few days.
