Successful Ichimoku cloud reversal. Next support should it move lower are obvious. Remember a couple weeks ago I mentioned how there was decades low short interest in the markets and to be careful. Today is what happened when there's no shorts covering giving a facade of dip buying.

Some relative strength with LUMN, they are one toothless AI press release away from a short squeeze. Possible fake breakdown, if $1.25 holds. Possible macro shift away from Mag 7.

They're maturing as a company. Major corporations don't comment on earnings and only usually preannounce when they will not meet expectations. SMCI is now in the S&P 500, so they're acting like the other mature companies.

CEO of NVDA has been cashing in stock and since SMCI is a major buyer of their chips people assume that something is wrong. Look at the amount of cash generated. It's a lot of money for us, but it's pocket change for a multi-billionaire.

Also look at it in reverse, if today was a low, where does an upward ich cloud reversal take us?



Answer: not even a full retrace of today's candle. I think we dip farther into the green cloud below before the bounce. Same thing happened same time last year. Dipped below the ich cloud reversal target, then into the lower cloud. Bounce took it back up to the trendline, then puked.

When discussing insider buying or selling, their net worth matters nata. What matters is the % of the shares they move vs how many they own. Somebody bearish on a company's future would move a large % of their holdings. Somebody smartly taking profits would sell strategically.

Huang initially set up the 10b5-1 plan in March and plans to sell 6 million shares (split adjusted) by the end of March 2025. However, with the CEO already selling nearly half of the 6 million shares tabbed to be sold, he is on pace to complete the trading plan in the next few months.

While 6 million shares of Nvidia is a lot of stock, Huang still currently owns 864.1 million shares of Nvidia. As such, the stock sales are really just a drop in the bucket for the CEO.

Now Huang isn't the only Nvidia insider who has been selling stock over the past two months. CFO Colette Kress, Principal Accounting Officer Donald Robertson Jr., EVP of Operations Debora Shoquist, EVP of Worldwide Field Operations Ajay Puri, and a few directors have also been selling shares. Most, however, continue to hold substantial positions in Nvidia stock.

If I don't go in and change my orders before the open, and unless silver rallies hard tonight, then I'm going to have every strike filled with one last tranche at the open tomorrow, and have a new order for Jan $30 calls fill. If I said December, that was a misspeak.

I'm also strongly considering moving 10-15% of my cash to SLV shares, but I want more confidence a bottom has been struck. Don't need to bottom tick it.

Also, BTC between $58k and $62k is my buy range for that with a stop at $55k. And the expectation would be that taking out the recent high would put it on the way to $100k+

10 and 2 year inversion starting to close the gap, heading into an election season, Fed dropping the interest rate 25 basis points soon, stock market will go bananas, inflation will head higher, Biden dropping out of presidential run, Kamala getting pumped as replacement by the press, false flags, distractions, and blacks swans all over the place looking for a place to land.

A Thursday in the USA...ho hum.

I cancelled all my buy orders on SLV calls. Reason is that I don't want to be filled too high and I want to assess first 15-30 minutes after the bell. I will be adding to my share position today.

SPY lower than $540 target to potentially enter calls. Watching closely. Once we get signs of a potential bottom I will look for the optimal strike in August for the best R/R where the min gain is merely a retracement back up to trendline and the max gain is new highs.

I'm still new to this thread. I know this is not a long-term investing thread. As I'm trying to learn, when you (in the general sense) give a price target, it'd be helpful to know your expected timeline on when you believe that target will be hit. I believe this would help me further understand what you're seeing in charts.
