The extremely rare Zweig Breadth Thrust just triggered.

It has only happened 14 other times since 1950 and the S&P 500 was higher a year later. every. single. time.

Up more than 23% on average a year later as well.

I saw this tweet earlier today. Why would anyone give away their alpha/edge for free?

If I had to guess, this market will advance to the upper 410's (416-418), and my guess is we are rangebound for 6-7 trading days.

Before most market reversals over last 15 months, there's been a period of distribution that lasted about 6-8 sessions. Examples include early February, late December, mid august, early June, and late last March.

I suspect a reversal in the next 1-2 weeks. I'd definitely lean more bullish if SPY closes that gap in low 420s.

Quiet morning in here so far so I'll wake everyone up. Next couple of days will probably be pretty quiet until CPI. 406-409 seems to be the zone we are stuck in right now. I could see a gap fill back to that 409 level but it wouldn't shock me to see 406 break and eventually get down to the 402 level. My inexperienced advice would be to stay light and take small profits rather than adding into a losing trade. Wednesday seems to be the day for the fireworks to get started.

4105 and there's no reason to prior to CPI. Great place to trim/level out. But hey, that doesn't mean we can't bust a move through it. Lower lotto oppty IMO

I am driving and you're correct. Was looking at $410's. $409's low was $0.16 but not in the last few minutes. Regardless I didn't play anything.

Followed this last week with APR 21 expiry buying in at $50.41. Down about 2%. Bought another today at $36.71 and its up 35%. A bump to 4127 this week would be a good sell point for these. Reasonable?

This. The best signal would be to drop into a flash below $18.50 and quickly reclaim $19. I don't think it stops if it does that.
