Rumor on the street is, opens end of this month. That's a month behind schedule. Alleged plant operations personnel says the plant is ready to go, Gov't not allowing them to reopen, without reason.
JB knows he has to do everything possible to keep energy suppressed and make it appear G7 Price Caps work.
The nearby oil tanker freight leasing rates have headed to the moon since Nov 22nd, but I am hearing that forward leasing rates are plummeting with lack of interest because there is not enough crude oil to haul. Imagine that.. .... Market forces in action.
