I bought some XOM for a day trade. I want to be out at low of day if it loses that.
I'd just set stops on them and see, but also hopefully you got good entries. So if your IWM puts were bought recently near tops, you can hold. Just keep in mind too a Santa rally could ruin those or stop you out. BUT you have plenty of time with the Jan expiration.Golf1 said:

Exited my SPY puts. May play a few calls now. This is purely guessing, but it seems JPow may have had his henchmen do the messaging this time.

fade the Fed! fade the opening move that is. I bought puts around 397, very small position.

Yah, there were some dovish headlines on CNBC at the beginning but now he is crapping all over them.

Assuming you were looking at intraday? Intraday MT was 394.85 prior to the spike. SPY was bouncing back & forth right at it going into Powell's talk at 12:30.

Got out of my puts in IWM about a hour before the speech thankfully. I did however just get back in but expire in January so I'll hold for a bit.
This is a major short squeeze. Obviously I didn't catch most of this.
