Yep, 100% Blackrock knows ahead. BR and central bank are basically partners. Larry Fink is often literally contracted by gov to facilitate fed monetary policy. Every major crisis BR is there to capitalize. They go into a crisis backed by taxpayer with 4 trillion, and come out with 8 trillion.

They also have special accredited status in China and that profitability only fluctuates based on whether their boy Soros is pulling DNC strings or if some GOP pro America outsider is shot calling.

10 and 50 has crossed on the SPX 30 minutes.



With FOMC looming, I would NOT launch into calls or anything... I'd look for a re-test of the 10, or more importantly the 50. If it holds... It's on.

By no means is this a prediction, but I can see the initial move potentially being a quick sell down to the 50 then bounce off of it and rip.

I just deposited more quarters in this account to get my pdt restriction lifted and I'm determined to focus on blocking and tackling, using stops, and only taking high probability trades. I kinda failed on that last part but i think i have scratched the itch and can calm down and focus now

That's a good take. Fading the initial move seems to be the trend and I'll stick with that. Holding 10/21 puts for the past few weeks. I'll buy some OTM call weeklies after the first move if we tank.

I think the issue is not this rate raise its the forecast....they are seeing this as taking longer to correct....raising outlook for future rate....

The yield on the 2-year Treasury note topped 4% for the first time since 2007 on Wednesday

as traders bet the Federal Reserve has much further to go in raising rates to fight inflation.

The policy-sensitive 2-year Treasury rose 15 basis points to 4.113%, to a level not seen since October 2007. Meanwhile, the yield on the benchmark 10-year Treasury was last at 3.614%, up by roughly 4 basis points.

These are algos scraping news and reacting. The sentiment hasnt changed. Everyone with a brain knows rates will continue to rise because inflation still exists in earnest.
