I have a question re: price action of ES futures and SPX/SPY.
If a significant move happens overnight in the futures but is back to near where trading closed the day before, does that overnight high or low usually gets retested during open market hours?
I ask because today futures will trade for a few hours but no market to compare. So if a major resistance or support is hit while futures trade today, will the market mimic that move during open hours tomorrow?
For the record, I'm still looking at that 4220 area as first resistance/Model T area.
Thanks in advance.
