I bought more XOM this week. I think next week earnings is a big surprise, larger than what is already expected. I'll hold if EU bans Russian oil next week. If EU goes LNG, I understand XOM is #1 producer in U.S. and #2 in the world. I like the odds on this one....rippy rippy.

I was curious about this as well. News bumped it quickly to over 1.80 and it looked like maybe the uptrend was starting and then it nosedived. I'm still long on it simply because it's physically so close to GM battery facility and eventually it SHOULD have great value, but these moves are not reassuring

OXY also looks primed for new ATH's. I went long some yesterday on the dip. I know very little of it other than the technical side though.

Dont forget about Williams $WMB which isnt talked about much around here. Still over a 4.5% yield and pushing to over 5 year highs with NatGas ripping the rigs are turning right in the HSVL and Appalachia which are there big gathering areas. Plus hard to beat the Transco lines feeding the NE for eternity it looks like with the Gov refusing to issue new pipe going into that region

WMB really seems to be increasing their investment in the Haynesville considerably as well

I failed to put the time when he tweeted that. It was around 9:30 and the low at that time was around $448.

Daily low on SPY is 446.87, not sure where 446.17 is coming from. I guess If you're taking pre-market into account it's a different story.

TOS shows me 446.17 at 1:15 this morning. I see 446.86 a little after 10am.

He said around 448, either of those numbers against the hi get you around 448.

Agree.

My wife and I both own MMP and EPD.

One thing I really like about EPD is their natural gas business. Crazy that a 'pipeline' operator purchases the natural gas they transport and then converts it to higher margin items. Also, insiders own over 30% of the company.

Fidelity shows a flash down to 446.23 around 7am. I just glazed over that when I was verifying.
