Well Vistra themselves owe over $21 mill in fees. That would be a nice chunk to help pay down debt.

Jmt is amazing, when i was in college dad and i did the north half from lake edison to yosemite Valley. Hiked half dome with our packs on! It's just amazing country
I bouldered a lot in college (horsetooth reservoir... did my bachelor's at colorado state), my oldest are just getting to the ages where they dig the climbing gym but it's been a while

Obviously want to be aware of it being an limited partnership and receiving K-1s....if already have some, not a big deal. If have none, decide if its worth the work.
Good news on the dividend and the release stated they expect it to keep going up. People holding ET for the past few years have had a tough time but this announcement seems to be a good sign going forward...

What are the opinions on the board about the length of time used for ORL and ORH? I've tried different intervals ranging from 15 min up to 1 hour.

I've seen some arguments for using the first hour instead of first half hour. I'd play with it and see what suits you and the stocks you look at best.

The T numbers are too good and the WB/D deal is what traders want to know about and T leadership is not saying much - that's the overhead negative pressure. However, Stankey/T-CEO had an interview with David Faber and Faber's takeaway was a SpinOff would occur and not a SplitOff for WB/D deal. The SpinOff option gives T shareholders the shares of the WB/D ("NewCO") before other investors have a chance to buy, just as in an IPO. Thus, the SpinOff would keep arbiters at bay. A SplitOff would likely encourage class action lawsuits.
Basically, T is good solid ship (poor senior leadership) and is moving a slow course to strengthen itself in telecom and networks shedding the entertainment pieces they aren't able to integrate. It's the WB/D that everyone wants (see my past posts). Those shares will be awesome.
