I agree with this. The S&P being up is the only thing saving the Dems from across the board catastrophe in the press and the minds of main street.

The Fed will continue to prop this up through midterms.

I've been charting this for a couple months. $75 is just the first level for profit taking. I've got Sep $71.5 and $72 calls I'll be taking off the table when it hits that. Then I'll be buying October $75's after the subsequent retracement back to the $72-$73 level.

At least that's the plan. So far every step of the process has played out as expected price wise.

For GILD Ive been watching for a while and over weekend i decided to see how today started and then I'd get in. But i bought October 75s. I figure longer runway even though September is typically a tough month. But if it hits 75 soon the longer time frame will be beneficial

he's still in both I think he said...

I got a cheap fill on a 75/78C 9/17, at .21. If it doesn't run soon though, I'll dump these and roll to October.

Agdaddy04, this is what I see going on with AAPL:

AAPL was consolidating nicely near ATH, in a multi-day squeeze, and there was some chatter this weekend about the new Iphone 13s having satellite capability or something. Combining that with Powell's chit chat on Friday it was primed to move IMO.
