One last thing on SAVA and FDA stuff.
In my career, I have had 3 close involvements with FDA and their Board. In 2 projects, colleagues of mine flew to DC, at least 3 times for each project, to provide explanations, discussion of evidence and general testimony info. This excludes email and snail mail correspondence. The third project, I was just a distant bystander. I don't know if the FDA Board has changed personnel, but that Board is extremely thorough in their examinations before granting any type of public approval, release and usage. If the FDA found no problems/issues with SAVA's potential drug by now, basis my limited experience with FDA, I am very comfortable with my position in SAVA.
I know the above statement and a dollar will get you a cup of coffee, but that's what I'm using to justify my strong hold position.

Having slept on it, I'm more confident in saying it's BS.
The complaint was received last week. The FDA still went forward with the phase 3 agreement and letting Cassava announce it yesterday. I can't imagine the FDA getting that complaint and wanting to go forward with the phase three announcement if they thought there was any merit to the complaint.
I also think Cassava put out the PR yesterday around the phase three announcement because they knew that SEC complaint was going to be published yesterday. Good timing on their part and they had a response ready to go this morning.

Yes, agree. Considering the timing, I believe FDA would have put a stop on SAVA right away on going forward and timed another review of SAVA data if FDA thought it warranted. No promises but keep in mind they will have interim twelve month data to release late September / early October. Hard not to see it running up ahead of that.
Also expect more law firms to announce suits / fishing for clients in relation to the SEC filing over the coming several weeks. So I'd expect some sideways chop along the way as well.

I just bought a few puts and put spreads on SPY for Friday lottos and hedges. Very odd day. Stairstep up price but lower volume. I didn't risk much on these but I wouldn't be surprised for us to test the 5-day soon.
