And that may be just because the Sept$2 premiums were down to a nickel.

I'm just jealous I didn't sell Nov. 125C's like McInnis - You made a killing dog! I sold some Sept cc's.

One last thing on SAVA and FDA stuff.
In my career, I have had 3 close involvements with FDA and their Board. In 2 projects, colleagues of mine flew to DC, at least 3 times for each project, to provide explanations, discussion of evidence and general testimony info. This excludes email and snail mail correspondence. The third project, I was just a distant bystander. I don't know if the FDA Board has changed personnel, but that Board is extremely thorough in their examinations before granting any type of public approval, release and usage. If the FDA found no problems/issues with SAVA's potential drug by now, basis my limited experience with FDA, I am very comfortable with my position in SAVA.
I know the above statement and a dollar will get you a cup of coffee, but that's what I'm using to justify my strong hold position.
Yes, agree. Considering the timing, I believe FDA would have put a stop on SAVA right away on going forward and timed another review of SAVA data if FDA thought it warranted. FDA knows all is good to this point. That draft response by SAVA wasn't completed in under 24 hours, IMHO. They were ready with some prior knowledge.AG 2000' said:Farmer @ Johnsongrass, TX said:

Having slept on it, I'm more confident in saying it's BS.
The complaint was received last week. The FDA still went forward with the phase 3 agreement and letting Cassava announce it yesterday. I can't imagine the FDA getting that complaint and wanting to go forward with the phase three announcement if they thought there was any merit to the complaint.
I also think Cassava put out the PR yesterday around the phase three announcement because they knew that SEC complaint was going to be published yesterday. Good timing on their part and they had a response ready to go this morning.

Pelosi or Cathy.
By the way if it can sustain over $90 I see the next major resistance being $92.90.

I'm in the $85 SEP call since Monday so I'm way in the green here. I still think there's a bullish continuation case to be made for it although $90 is major resistance. It would mean breaking last month's high.agdaddy04 said:irish pete ag06 said:

Is this a long term hold for you guys or is this setting up for an exit and then buy the dip if there are opportunities?

Up 10% on SAVA for the day. I know no one goes broke taking profits, but I don't want to miss a huge move back up either. Any advice on how to play from here?

TDA (tos) is showing tomorrow, but I don't see that on Academy's investor page or anywhere else, so not sure if TDA is right either.AG 2000' said:How is Fidelity so far off on earnings dates?
