I tend to feel the same way. I won't sell puts or anything, but I'll watch premiums and look to get into some leaps if they get cheap enough. I'm not selling shares, but probably not acquiring any more shares either.

Well, one of the documents has a title with the word whistleblower in it, but reading it, I see no mention of a whistleblower.
I'm not recommending an options play but you might have somewhat of a nice idea that I haven't considered, thanks. I expect an extremely bloody day tomorrow, especially at the open. Puts will be juiced, so let's say this get's near $60 tomorrow? I'll look at the selling the $50 puts a few months out to capture premium. If you're not comfortable with options, don't try this and I will not post if I do. If you are experienced in options, then do your own DD and make your own decisions.
I'm not in SAVA but had my SO take a quick look at the documents posted.
She says that the lab data/tests that are in question wouldn't have anything to do with FDA approval. The trial can meet their endpoints without it.
Now if the lab data turns out to be faked/doctored, the question is did SAVA know about it? (I didn't look myself to see if it was a 3rd party vendor or done in-house). If they are part of it, that looks really bad for the business and questions some of their other practices, but it doesn't impact the study's endpoints. Either way it may take a little time to sort out before the price decides what it wants to do. I recommend being a little patient.

Has anyone else noticed that hit pieces regarding fraud come out the same day after hours or the next day after SAVA releases positive news? IMO, someone is way short on this and creating doubt and fear. SAVA's institution ownership has dramatically increased since their initial phase 2 release in January/February. Shorts will cover way before that. Shorts trade just like longs do. They more than likely shorted when SAVA had a great report at the conference but covered 2 days later close to $70. They probably shorted this morning on great news and will cover tomorrow morning or before Friday. It's unethical, but happens all the time. It's easy to manipulate a low float stock.BPCAg05 said:

Yep, agree. and I think 99% of the time it's a big buyer that didn't get in while it was cheap. Hadn't been paying any attention but I just checked out today's closing pricing of 8/27 options on AMC. WTF?!? Yeah something is afoot!
I think there will be opportunities both ways on GME and AMC but they will be tactical. Im talking 15 minute trend trades. Not for the faint of heart, but you guys can do it.

Mostly green but some mixed markets. US green early prints, Asia mixed and EU mostly green.
Futures held up in overnight sessions so far.
For me I would expect some chop today. With 2 days of higher and being extended outside trend lines feels like we need some basing or pull into the 5EMA a bit.
Tactical trading for me at the moment.
Watch VIX today.
