50d sma (currently 1.60) or 50d ema (currently 1.57). Regardless that area will be resistance. Clear that and then I got 1.70/1.84 next

CPA is WVU. Tom Joseph is the attorney is CMU and then a few grad degrees (UF) plus JD (George Washington). Does IP law

I've not met him. I was an attorney at Leech Tishman here and was pretty involved with the Bar Association.

It's a beautiful area and lots of Aggies have made it up here. Hope you get to visit

I scanned a bit of the complaint but it's way over my head, need someone more familiar with this stuff to look at it.

Their other allegation is the biomarker referenced by Cassava as being the target of the drug has only been associated with Alzheimer's by a doctor / researcher that works with Cassava.

This is all that law firm focuses on and they seem pretty darn good at what they do.

Apparently Labaton Sucharow file class action lawsuits and file "investigations" against corporations often. Their website mentions Zoom, luckin coffee, and others. No clue if this is something real or a hedge fund using them to buy time to exist shorts. Sucks.

Had thoughts of getting out today with the large increase, sure wish I would have now. Will want to know the status of this and then may buy the dip if we have a chance.

Only thing I could find that the firm didn't do correctly so far has to do with fee structure:

SAVA has a very small float so expect it to get destroyed for the next 7-10 trading days. I haven't looked into this firm yet, but if what has been posted is true, then this a coordinated attack by a short firm to scare retail investors. Hell, it could even be financed by a competing biotech. All I know is that SAVA's updates from phase 2 to now has been consistent and with the amount of attention that they've had focused on them since January, then if they were a fraud then we'd have found out by now. I'm not selling during this bloodbath, but it will be very bloody for a couple of weeks.

Says the Cassava suit is courtesy a whistleblower. That seems... problematic.

Thanks for that. I'm certainly not selling either, as we don't even know where it'll open up at. Be interesting to see if the company responds tomorrow or if they wait. It's at $91 now, so I'm still in the green at least but I imagine it'll dip quite a bit lower. Especially with Cramer pumping up AVXL, it's interesting timing.
