Side bar question - I'd like to purchase a small business that I can be somewhat of a silent partner in like a laundromat or a car wash. Any recommendations on business brokers for this?
I'm partnered with a team here in Pittsburgh that does this. It's called Transworld Pittsburgh South

Would love to see some volume. Nice day with it moving upwards but the total volume was real low.H-town ag said:

History may not repeat but its a good reference, with 2020 in #ES_F identical to this year: Grinded up until Aug 19th, fast dip, then 240+ point meltup (starting now) into a deep buyable Sept 2 pullback

Random question for FJ - you had shared a TOS study a while back that has adaptive EMAs on it, and has dashed lines. Any reason for the dashed instead of solid? Or just personal preference?

Oh that must have been carried over but I use solid lines. Not sure why they are dashes like that.AG 2000' said:All dashes.FJ43 said:Was it dots vs dashes and light blue?AG 2000' said:

I have on there:
Adaptive DEMAs:
green - 8
yellow - 21
orange - 34
red - 50
Think those are what you shared.
Grey is the 89, and purpose is the 50 day SMA (both I added).
Thanks, wasn't sure if there was some super FJ43 expert level strategy or usage of it.FJ43 said:Oh that must have been carried over but I use solid lines. Not sure why they are dashes like that.AG 2000' said:All dashes.FJ43 said:Was it dots vs dashes and light blue?AG 2000' said:

You can just change to solid lines if you want.

I scanned a bit of the complaint but it's way over my head, need someone more familiar with this stuff to look at it.docaggie said:Apparently it's a group called Labaton Sucharow, some attorney group.AG 2000' said:

Maybe someone knows more about them? Someone on twitter said they're a short seller group, but I don't know for sure.
SAVA has a very small float so expect it to get destroyed for the next 7-10 trading days. I haven't looked into this firm yet, but if what has been posted is true, then this a coordinated attack by a short firm to scare retail investors. Hell, it could even be financed by a competing biotech. All I know is that SAVA's updates from phase 2 to now has been consistent and with the amount of attention that they've had focused on them since January, then if they were a fraud then we'd have found out by now. I'm not selling during this bloodbath, but it will be very bloody for a couple of weeks.agdaddy04 said:
Only thing I could find that the firm didn't do correctly so far has to do with fee structure:

nothing so far about filing cases that didn't have merit.
$SAVA already at $96.00 - who knows what it'll be at in the AM.
