Looks like a long term hold. Short term? Not so much.

They had good earnings and a good forecast so they got shorted like every other company in the last month that has done the same.

CCP will make sure of it

Macros aren't helping NIO either. When all FAANG basically sells off top level earnings and performance, NIO can have great results with little to no movement at the moment.

On a % basis NIO has held up well since earnings and recent market dynamics.

NIO long I don't think is a risk. Especially in current political climates. Not to mention their backend support. Choppy maybe. Trade it to gain lower cost basis with trading shares and covered calls.

IMO anyway.

Wish I'd bought more IBIO. Had intended on scaling up if it made a move up but didn't expect a move that big.

$GOOGL touched mean today, put in a hammer candle. Volume is pretty good, has worked off being overbought. If macros cooperate, this could head back to 2400.

$MSFT a little bit uglier. Closed below -1 ATR. There is a gap to fill above, though. If this reclaims the 8/21, I'm in for a long targeting $265. Risky entry here unless sign of reversal. If it touches the 89, I'd enter long for a bounce. it won't touch 200 SMA without a macro puke.

Just a suggestion is to covert to cash account and don't worry about it. PDT doesn't apply. Unless your doing more complex call strategies than calls and puts you can trade just fine in a cash account. Once above 25k you can go back if you choose to.

What do you have on with the clouds? Do you have two or three?

eyeballing it you have a red green and a blue - gold. Just two? What short/long time frames for those?

Edit - looks like you might have the 5/13 and 34/50 on?

If I am betting it is up day with a moment or two of chop. Tech needs to get its mojo back.

On SPY I will be watching 415.64 to hold and 418.01 to get above and hold.
If not, next level for me is 414.40 then 413.74. Cannot lose 411.67. If so...whoops and downward more.
Upside I will be watching 417.27 pause, then 417.58, 418 resistance. 418.38 pause, 419.03 and up from there.


Might even break out the Resistol rally hat today for good measure.

Different twist (view) on Fruit. From my warped mind anyway.

As a trader (swing in this case or possible long add) this would be my plan on Fruit.

• Tested the 100 Day EMA yesterday.
• Close to -1 ATR
• Could be oversold.
• Downward pressure on MACD
• Below the 8 & 21 Day - looking for the RDR entry.

Ideally like to see a test of the 100 day flash towards yesterday's low of 126.70 or test the trend line, then trade R/G green. RDR special.

• Initial Entry - $126s (hopefully) or 127s - currently $128.87. Lets say $127.50 for this.
• Risk Off - $124.75 - Lose -2ATR, 1st major daily level support and trend line.
• Target - $134.50+
• R/R = 1/2+

ATR chart shows what I would be looking for.
Daily chart shows other technical.

One thing to keep in mind is you will only be able to use settled cash from trades. So assume 2 days (usually less).

Example how you could possibly play it scalping wise anyway..

$20k account
$6-8k cash
$2k in trades a day (round trips/day trades or realized sell orders)

Should provide you the leverage you need and cash available for opportunities if you are managing position sizing and Risk/Reward.

Agree. Trying to help provide safe basic parameters not set someone up for a free riding violation or inability to exit a trade gone bad. If scalping, as referenced, you can get yourself into same security free ride pretty quick if not careful.

IMO never enter a scalp or day trade you can't get out of immediately.

Think I have posted this one before. I have been accumulating shares for some time.

Maybe keep an eye on it. Levels above looking to left hand side are $3.64, $3.98, $4.82, $6.51 & $7.50. All 'ish'.

Could be winding up for another attempt to $3.64-$3.98.
Has an options chain to buy/write.
Currently $3.25
