OA - when entering a hedge like this do you have any particular guidance on how hard you play it (x% of portfolio for instance) or is it just based on gut feel of macro conditions?

ROKU at a critical long term spot. Wave back down or to the moon? It kinda reminds me of JD back in August. I sold a lot of that to go 'net free' just under 70 on the spike thinking it would retrace back down under 50. Similar long term post IPO patterns on the weekly:

I was able to sell a good chunk of my net free shares on the release of the hit piece (THANKS MCINNIS for the hot tip!) around $27. Wish I would have trimmed a bit more, but was able to do some damage control.

MGNI: I had previously sold shares at shares at $20 to get net free on half. I just bought those back at $23.77 and immediately sold June $40 call for 2.40. That puts the shares sold last month at a 1.34 per share reduced cost basis with hopes of the $40c going worthless if the stock really tanks. Can then buy all the calls back and repeat later. Hope this wasn't a bad idea.

That's the one I have been entering since yesterday. Lots of nice premiums on this one on both sides. Not as worried about losing shares on covered calls on this one as I was with mgni or WWR
