I've got DIS 134/139/144 and 135/140/145 flys for 9/11.

For max profit, do I hold until Friday no matter what, or do I sell when the share price is just below the center strike?

I mainly want to make sure I don't need to pull the trigger before it runs through the center strike, but I'm thinking I'm Ok to hold.

so ignore max profit. Max profit on a butterfly is like finding the holy grail. Your goal is to turn your small capital risk to buy the fly into a 3x-5x or whatever you can do. If you're up, you can consider closing the flys, or you can continue to wait and see.

What you will notice is that over time the value will change significantly, as we approach Friday and if you're anywhere near the sold strikes, the value will really start to pop.

I've opened covered calls last week when WORK was at $34 for a nice premium. I'm long the stock, with WORK and ROKU it's a good day for me.

Thank you. This confirms what I was thinking. I'm going to hold until at least Thursday and see how it looks then.

ok, I sold half of my DIS 9/18 $136 Calls at $4 and am letting my other half ride. What's a reasonable Stop Loss price point if my Avg purchase price is $2.58?

Happened to me once. Went to buy 3 calls for GOOG and bought 30. Sold 27 45 seconds later though and was net free

Wowzers, TSLA another dive down. Any of you swing traders adding long term position at $343??

TSLA looks to have switched from falling channel to rising channel.
