Same boat. Half of mine locked in 7/17 CCs and half in 11/20 CCs. Would love for this to peak over $2 by Friday to give me some options with that first half.

My $0.02:
SPX is above the 8 and 21ema, MACD is (slightly) pointed in the right direction on the per day chart, RSI is just above 50. However yesterday really felt like FOMO capitulation and the market has felt "heavy" since mid-June. I'm a lot more defensive right now than I was even yesterday, but will wait for confirmation that the bull run is over before I pull everything out or start buying puts. I'm okay taking some managed losses or missing out on profiting from the initial downturn.

That said I'm newer to this and continue to look to more experienced folks.

Gonna jinx it by asking but if NET manages to go green by the end of the day that would be a pretty clear hammer on the daily correct?

Did you see the leases they will be offering? Return at any time and supposedly will be under $500/month for the ocean.

They are also outsourcing the manufacturing of all their parts and cars through OEMs, I think. The interview with the CEO on CNBC yesterday said they werent going to have to invest in infastructure like Tesla has and they would use suppliers to help. Seems interesting...

I sold my puts this morning at slight loss when the spy was up 0.25% and I am glad I did. I am back in my AMZN $4500 Jan 2021 call after it retraced slightly above where I bought it last Friday.

Last Friday I bought at $6450, sold yesterday at $9000 ( was up $11K but I didn't sell)

Today, it dropped to $6900 and I bought it back into it.

1. Always watching daily and using the 8/21/50/200 EMAs with it (log scale only when things go parabolic either way).

2. Intraday or day to day channels: 60 min always with 1 & 5 min for reveral or breakout confirmation to get better entries.

3. Longer term trades always watching weekly and sometimes monthly (usually log scale on these).

I sold several of my leaps yesterday and today that I either don't feel as good about or that I think I can buy cheaper later on. Some for small gains and some for small losses. I got stopped out of several trades yesterday and haven't gotten back in them. The rest I'm going to let ride for now. Most are long term holdings or leaps. I've got a few small mid-term trades like FEAC, ONTX, TTOO, and AMD that I'm still in on but nothing huge there.

I have been slowly moving more and more money from my trading account back in to my managed account so I can't screw up the profits we've made since March.

Choppiness is classic bull/bear inflection point. What did everyone expect with markets bumping up against early June last market top? A cake walk?

These things are brutal battles with crazy movements. A day traders dream. Right now the bulls have the upper hand with this close near the top of the most recent cup and this handle, which is developed above the cup line. That is bullish. GDP will create some more craziness, so a $317 Put/$321 call should safely give a premium win total
