I've been doing the free CBOE courses and they've been useful.

I always love when I take a huge lose on TSLA for it it turn right back around. That freaking stock swings so much I should know better and just wait

Yes. Some people have said 10-15x which I just don't ever see happening. I think the draw here is that you aren't going to have to wait very long to hit that 1.5-2x.

Also TD probably not letting you do it because it's traded as a penny stock. E*Trade let's me in on it but with a $4.95 fee per buy/sell.

Largest trades I make are on Darvas Box breakouts. 2nd largest is volume trend reversals.

BJ was frankly the easiest trade in a long time. I did a lot of Twitter hand holding explaining every step of the pattern and adding to the trade on pullback. I also told people if they got shook out of this trade they need to give up and go fill out a Walmart app because trading is not for them. Lookup every single "$BJ oldarmy1" tweet and see the dynamics unfold exactly as described.

Read the docs in pacer quickly and Walmart asked for an extension because there were so many open issues. Court date got cancelled due to covid and I don't know if a new date has even been set.

I'd post the image but i'm not a premium member. MIK looks to be in the same stages as BJ and its breakout. On 4/29 i think MIK broke out of the box and then has retraced then found support at $2.95. This one could pop big time.

Bought 25% SPY $294.80 against the $294's

And if we bounce above $295.30 I sell the May 22 $295 calls for $1.90 area against those. No risk trade.

If it were me and Fidelity would give me option access, i'd pay the extra 5 cents to go out through July. I think Memorial day could see a big pop in things returning to normal. but i see 7/4th as the end of the madness for sure.

I am looking at inflows and outflows for mutual funds and ETFs. The data comes from ICI.

I don't look at options on small traders. I don't know what those mean as of yet.

Is the Robinhood data just on their traders. If so, small sample size vs what ICI puts out.

Yeah - So if you have 10 $294 Puts expiring Tuesday. and you buy 300 shares of SPY at $294.80 and then as it presses on this back and forth close to $295.30 I sell a covered call expiring tomorrow for $1.86 (in this case - didn't hit $1.90) then my net price on SPY would be $294.80 - $1.86 = $292.94. And I have a $294 Put guaranteeing $294 exit.
