So, I had that big assessment last week and the interview was down to me and one other candidate. Found out today the I was not selected. I was told they felt that I was "too big" for the job. I came out of working for some very large organizations and this one was small to mid-sized. They thought I might not quite fit in their culture. I kind of feel like they could have told me that in February, rather than string me along for nearly 4 months. Disappointing, but it is what it is.
That said, I will keep learning to trade and keep looking!

Up to 1.43 as I type this. It's a $2B lawsuit, so if there's a settlement it's going to be huge and it means that Wal-Mart did, in fact, steal the idea (which is plain as day). Should all of this play out there is no telling how high it will go. Figuring out when to sell off will be the tough part.

Why would Walmart rush to settle a billion dollar lawsuit? They could drag it on for years.

It's already been going on for a couple of years. No one knows "for sure" that it has been settled. One poster a few pages back feels pretty confident and I tend to agree. One of the top guys at Ecoark bought 60,000 shares IIRC back in January. That plus the pre-trial for 5/22 being cancelled, and not postponed, has people thinking it's about to pop.
If anything, it's cheaper entertainment to swim in it. I rode it from .98 to 1.30 now back on at 1.35 and it's up to 1.44. Don't throw your life savings at it but it could be a good little lotto play.

Walmart won't pay $2 billion, but if they settled for even $100 million that would be pretty massive to a $100 million market cap company and would validate other claims. It's worth a flyer if several people here are saying the suit has at least some merit, in my opinion.

I tried to get in on this earlier but TD won't take the order. JMO, I get that a 2B lawsuit would be a nice windfall for the company but I don't see that skyrocketing their value as a company, it's probably more of recovering damages from losing walmart as a client. I agree it will boost the company but I only see the multiplier as 1.5-2X right now. Hope it shoots through the roof though, would be a nice trade.TecRecAg said:

There are a lot of good videos from TastyTrade on YouTube. They have their own philosophy regarding trading options that I don't necessarily follow, but they have a lot of "what is a call" kind of videos.gigemJTH12 said:
