yeah i'd imagine it is a lower volume stock so premiums when dealing with options.

Wondering if it's better to just buy shares and offset with $2.50 put. They have earnings coming up on June 4. There's been lots of people stuck at home with kids. I know mine are into craft projects and their mother administers, but maybe that's an anomaly. Not sure their stores haven been open though.

Well, I don't want to make this a thing but the 10 Puts was an illustration. I have 100 Puts and so bought 3k shares and sold 30 covered calls.

SPY dropped to $294.05 to buy another 25% against the $294 Monday Puts and then sell the $294 calls expiring tomorrow for $1.60, which just so happened to be the Monday Put price! That means if we tank below $294 tomorrow the shares earn the $1.60 premium offsetting the Put cost on half the shares and the Puts total value would be well above the loss of value of the call side.
