By the way, and this should go without saying I would hope, but when I post a hard exit of 100% on SPY Puts that means it's a point of taking on long calls, buying back covered calls, other Puts, etc.

No if you maintain the 25K (margin account) you will be fine. If it is a cash account you can day trade but will have to wait for the funds to settle before you enter a new position. ( I learned that the hard way when i first started).

Guys - Silent lurker for awhile now.

Really appreciate all the open sharing and advice (even if at times it feels like y'all are speaking Swahili). It's helped me make a little money (krill to the whales I'm sure) so far in the last couple of months. Lost a little here and there but up overall. It's been fun.


But man. This week. Ugh. And the wacky rollercoaster ride that is today.

This market is nuts. But I'm having more fun than playing in Vegas - lol.

Oh - and as far as I'm concerned - forget the sports almanac. If I'm Marty McFly, I find a book cataloging stock prices by day for 2020. Biff would own the world with that.

A lot of people pay PMI because they didn't put enough down and if they lose their job they will have to sell. I really hope I am wrong on this, but I think it will be an issue. Maybe not 2008 bad.

I have 3, and I'll probably buy a couple more in the coming years especially if the prices drop considerably. Obviously, I'll use profits from oil stocks for the down payments.
