I would, obviously, love that. Being a novice and not having a ton of experience, would it make sense to get rid of a lot of stuff right before markets close in order to safe guard against any potential big drop over the weekend?

Only you can make that decision. I closed out my puts at the open and only bought a little TLRY to see what happens but I'm primarily in cash.

I hope we continue with this volatility with market going net down over the next few weeks so you traders can continue making coin... we then witness a very clear bottoming and can deploy our cash into long positions and then let's sit back and watch the next 10+ year bull rally.
