Citron tweeted out a response in defense of LK... then it rocketed back up. Also a 1.4 mil 1 minute green bar on LK at just under $30. WOW!

LK will need to respond as well as their underwriters that brought them public.

I bought some 2/3 $223 SPY puts this morning for 1.31. Riding half net free through the weekend.

I have spy and aapl puts into end of next week as a hedge, no short term calls until this shakes out but keeping my long term calls, Feb/Mar dates, in SQ, AYX, PLAN, and SE plus stock in SDC and TLRA

Do we expect positive action if/when Trump is acquitted? And if so, does potential spread of the coronavirus outweigh that?

I glanced through a couple parts of the report, so some things may be pointed out that I didn't see as I really didn't spend much time. But there were several things that made the overall conclusion questionable to me.

- 11,260 hours of store recorded video
- 11.5 hour average operating day
- 981 stores days covering 100% of the operating hours
- 620 stores visited
- 4,507 total stores
- 1,400+ part-time and 92 full-time workers participated in the observation and data gathering

So basically one or more persons sat in each store for 1 day and then a little under half the stores for 2 days. Were the days and the stores randomly chosen? You write this whole report based off of less than 2% of daily activity for a quarter and less than 15% of the total stores in operation? They threw out a confidence interval of 99% based on the number of receipts they got, but again, if the stores and days chosen were cherry-picked, the confidence interval doesn't mean anything.

I'm not saying LK is completely above ground, but an anonymous source for the report is very suspicious. And what firm has over 1,400 part-time employees and 90 full-time employees to work on essentially a two-day data gathering project for something like this?

In my opinion, it doesn't matter who the Democrat nominee is. They're all promising more free stuff than is even remotely possible and regulations that would cripple the economy. Nothing matters until there are polls that show whoever is the nominee can beat Trump.

This may sound dumb, but I bet Q1 sales of companies who manufacture respirators and face masks will sky rocket from this corona virus.

The reason I say that is because we were just informed at work that there is a shortage in areas across the country and we are going to start rationing what we have in stock to our employees due to being lower on the priority list behind emergency responders.
