OA, regarding our old pal Nio -

Looking left to trade right - I see a bunch of 3.25 resistance tops on the daily chart (8/8, 8/21, 9/10). The price has now touched that level with the recent pullback but having broken that prior resistance line, one would expect that to be new support. Is this the thesis behind the "3.25 level is free money" comment?

Also, what to do about that gap in the 2.50s? Gaps always close so that has me worried.

Would it be more prudent to throw a starter position at the 3.25 level and ensure its the new support line? And once this proves to the case, then scale that position back up on its way to the 4's? Just want to test my logic and reasoning against the way you see it...

I have slv and vix. But not enough to cover the pypl, rh, and a few other calls that we're looking pretty darn promising after today's close.

I just bought SPY against those $322 Puts I recommended

I still have my position in RIG. Road it from $8 to $4 now riding her back up..... hope this sends us to $10+

Yes. Bought shares against the $322 Puts. $317.75 locks in $4.25. If we bounce a couple of dollars O can sell or if we tank I have the Puts to sell and have darn good SPY holding.
