Lot of risk to enter before China talks outcome. Support lines and Darcie Box breaks to the downside will precipitate on a failed negotiation. It's probably a weekly option $157.50 day trade vs the super high risk trade talk options past earnings date; especially if talks fail. You'd lose at least 50% before batting an eye.

Sure, if talks have success you'd also make 200%+ but it's a casino market right now. I'll maybe trade a weekly cheap call as a $5 ante but I'm sidelined for the duration.

We won't get to enter a bottom portion of a v if news hits after hours but we have a nice left side to climb Non-fundamental non-technical macro events suck because of the above. You can't develop a software to read minds.

Here's my thinking.

If talks fail how much expectation of that has already been baked in with stocks dropping?

As long as a trade war isn't erupting as part of a no-deal wall away how do markets respond knowing they hate uncertainty?

If a trade war does happen just what level of escalation will we see?

Also, it is very wild how DE getting back into that darvis box then hitting resistance seemed to make every other stock im watching do the same. OA is a wizard.

I saw all those posts but there was one where he listed the actual strike and date and how he had sold about 50% on the intraday spike. Also I'm on my phone so doing my best to find it myself. It was a simple question and not super important, if he didn't want to answer he didn't have to, I was just curious. Thanks for your help though.

DE playing with fire. That was a long candle down and it better head north Monday or there's a deeper problem. Note that the moving average red line is right on the edge of the Darvis Box.

Thanks for this stock and chart. Jumped on some $160 calls yesterday and just closed out at 80% ROI. Made up for some of my DIS losses this week. I will continue to watch this one in the Darvas box!

Hopefully everyone saw the blow up move once those were broken to the upside. My favorite pattern because its bulls/bears duking it out for control.

Check out the S&P. Also can use the 50% retracement up or down. We had a pure 50% on the last spread. Assuming the 2 day lower test recovery creates some upward reversal continuation it shows 2900 is the mark. Now, my software marks happened to note that a gap fill to 2836 would be darn close to 2900 mid-range mark.

Now you know why I was posting that 2900 was key. Now we see if markets can hold and make the triangle complete or if we haven't reached the bottom of the triangle mark. Whatever that ends up being would lower the mid-range by that factor.

It's buying day for sure. Love buying when it looks like the Institutions were on the wrong side of a trade. Same thing happened with ROKU only after it pulled back it exploded because so many Institutions were already buyers.

OSTK on day 2 of red/green reversal and I'm gonna end up making $70 on that whole trade.

CRM bounced hard off its Darvis Box bottom and is already headed towards its 50% retracement. I'd look above $161 to be lightening your load into $162.50
