Now I'm seeing reports saying the opposite. I guess this rumor is still alive.

My guess is that because they are using the new Qualcomm chip, which is capable of satellite communications, analysts assume they will leverage that capability.

I imagine they'll keep it open as a possibility down the road, either with Globalstar or Starlink (if they move away from being an ISP), to use in an emergency situation, like 911 in an out of service area, but I don't see them offering C-Band or S-Band plans. That'd be awfully expensive for the typical consumer.

This looks to be going the wrong way. I drew a couple of resistance lines in red for levels.

Looks to have lost the last of the key EMAs today (8, 15, 21), and is down below the mean (white dashed line).

Edit: on the daily, it actually broke the down trend line on the 30th, but now looks to have come back to it today. Is still at the mean (white dashed line). Not sure where it goes from here.

On the three month it looks either an expanding or symmetric wedge pattern (new slope on the bottom trend starting on 7/16) to me.

Looks to be respecting the 89 day EMA (solid white line) really well.

So buy?

Tesla 9ema is over the 20 now. Is anyone playing this tomorrow? I'm hoping for a slight red open then flip to green.

Not much to be honest but when I came across the chart on Apple stocks App last week I thought I saw what looked like a clear wedge. It ripped 10 pts (40%) on last earnings report and they beat earnings again (shock.easy to beat earnings when Uncle Sam prints money like crazy!), so I kinda guessed with the earnings report + chart pattern, I just took a bet. Holding a bag now.

Anyone follow ZM closely? down 12% AH on weaker forecast

$SHOP

Not a fan of trading $SHOP options, but this is a setup for a big move that I am watching. Multi-day squeeze with ascending triangle on the 15-min chart. Breaks $1557 and off she goes. Been trading in a range since late June. Don't see alot of option activity on it but I might target the weekly $1550 strikes since they have the least spread. I'm trying to move towards more cash so I probably won't play a monthly option to capture the full squeeze move.

I think he was short on housing for 8 years before it actually crashed.

OA's darling $NET is setting up similar to SHOP. This I'll look at 9/17 $125c on the flag break. Multi-day squeeze, consolidating near ATH.

Anyone have thoughts on $SDC? Inverted hammer on the daily yesterday. Captured the 9 EMA on Friday and held it on Monday. Crossed the 21 yesterday but retreated. Tons of volume and a big gap to fill back up to the mid $6s.

I'm with you, I'm peeling things off of long positions up here and will be patient for at least the mid-month pullback

Looks like their business model is failing atm.
