MNGA just took a dive. 31,000,000 share issuance for $4,340,000. Brings it to ~$.14/share. Gonna be a long day with that one.

The upgrades a few days before earnings should give everyone some confidence that they will be good or at least forward guidance should be positive.

It's a risk you take with startups and recent IPOs. I look at recent IPOs as a trip to Vegas. Don't bring what you can't afford to lose.
Bought a TLRY call this morning out 2/15 for 7.25. Already up over 8.35.

MNGA is going to go through a reverse split since it won't be above $1 by the deadline. That's why MNGA Execs went ahead and did the share offer. It's a growth company, so things will happen quick and like Irish said you handle the investment appropriately. I grabbed a bunch of shares like the last dip down and have a sell on those at 23 cents. It's already net free so this is trade time.

Volume is slowing down big time right now and looks like people are holding. I think this might get back around $.21 today. Not a bad reversal from the $.138 it hit. Some day traders might be able to make a nice 50% flip on the day.oldarmy1 said:

Right? What kind of fool sales shares down to 14 cents just because the company grabbed some capital at 14cents interest free? Doh!
Heck offer me that deal. At any rate when it was approaching 14 cents I grabbed a couple hundred thousand shares. Really amazed at market makers sometimes, but appreciate them.

That was my buy for a pop back above $23. But on the Friday expirations you MUST move quickly to sell, or at least sell enough options to recoup your cost - if looking to see if markets jumped.
