Since Feb 17 the QQQ has closed below the Daily 5 ema 10/11 times which includes today. It has closed above it one time on 3/01. Tech is getting a beating.
SPY has closed below the daily 5 ema 8/11 times. A bad trend all around.

You may be right. 3780 is 23.6% on the Fib drawn from late-October lows which was a much more pronounced as a pullback than anything we've seen since.
