I almost never do this, but I just picked up some NIO weekly $55 calls here under a $1. Small bet. About 0.2% of trading acct.

Reasons: classic capitulation huge volume reversal potential, earnings next Monday could drive a runup this week. #YOLO

No.

Imagine having $1K to invest in something...anything.

...you do your Due Diligence...and decide that the most probable equity is with XYZ.

...you invest in XYZ...and news hits the next day that XYZ is going Bankrupt.

...you lose $900 on XYZ in a day...but have $100 left...that you keep out of the market b/c that's all you've got...and you don't want to F it up.



That's what a crash/bear market feels like.

Depends where you bought. My average is at .40 so I am comfortable holding for now, still got almost a month and I bought them expecting it to go to 0

Man I'm glad I tightened up last week. Took some Ls but moved to 20% cash and covered shares in remaining open positions. Gonna sit tight for a while on $WWR, $DNN, and $PLTR not trade much of anything else

I don't think you're going to get ITM by then. You can sell them now to recover SOME money. Or buy more now to bring down your cost basis. Chances are that in the next month AAPL will go on some type of a run. Sell when you think you've reached the top of that run.

Depends on how much lead you got in your pencil.
