BTW just to clarify. I have bids across multiple leaps to 20 and 21 but the spread is pointless so I went heavy shares and am selling 50% here at $13.55.

I'd take the options off table at 90 cents or roll them to $8 out to Feb 15
What's the point of buying AVEO at this point? Wasn't it supposed to be smooth sailing once positive TIVO-3 results were achieved?

Buyout we hope. Because an offering might be in the cards. Either way, I bought some more.
The shorts are piling onto this one like crazy for obvious reasons like low cash and not much revenue from European partnership. The only silver lining is the huge recent insider buying. Hopefully there is something positive that none of us see.

Hmmm that seems like ominous timing. Looks like they'll use the TiVo-3 results as basis for new offering. This could be sub 2 by tomorrow.

Those things were going for .60 yesterday out to next Friday. I had jumped on them last Friday at .50. I was ok with selling all at 3.50 so I covered them all. Assuming they aren't called out next week, I'll have my avg down to 1.73. Will repeat again given the opportunity.
The low risk play yesterday was to buy in the 2.50s, sell calls on all for .60.

On SUM, watching for $12.75 and will buy back all sold at $13.55. Will likely add some December $12.50 strike naked Puts if we get there and premium is closer to 90 cents.
Another stock movement shows the importance of having premarket trade access.
Selling at what turned out to be within 10 cents of the highs premarket.
S&P has a flag pattern likely to hold into the close (unless some big money internals signal a bad showing for Republicans). Then the macro chart will show us a breakout or an h pattern for planning next moves.

Its on fire. Bad news expected and baked in and it is trading like I had hoped.
$14.91. It's now approaching pre-earnings level and likely to v out upward squashing shorts. Volume is intense.

The VIX and TVIX haven't move much off their spikes. That is worth noting because volatility is gonna resume, which we already know post election.

SUM capitulation swings are amazing for a stock under $20. Hope that means a more pronounced trend move.
