With so many SPY gains coming on the overnight, it's becoming a child's game to buy an ATM call at close and then hold it overnight and turn it for profit the next day. You'll miss a few, but the net effect the past few weeks would be a beauty.

How in the hell will scanning for elevated temps work in Las Vegas during the SUMMER of everyone coming in off the strip? My balls seemed like they were melting last time I was there in the summer.

Thanks! Even at the price now this thing is still banking on a lawsuit that could payout 20x or even more where we stand right now. Still might be worth getting a little and see what happens. Good luck!

Lawsuit settlement is the big pay off. That could happen any day now or wal mart could decide to go to trial (highly doubtful) but even if they do it will be a loss for wal mart. I'm just waiting for the halt trading anytime now.

Also if you're wanting to wait there's a possibility of another pull back but I've watched this everyday since the end of Feb. we only had one big sell off (around .60 and it dropped under .50) and it lasted less than a week before it was back. Most of the people in this stock at this point have been holding over 2 years waiting on the settlement that looks to be winding down to a close.
