I'm sure Manic is a better chartist than I am, but a lot of mine are signalling a pullback is close. I don't look for homeruns though like he does. I'd just be more selective going long homerun calls in the current environment. If you play them, just don't go balls deep on them. Not trying to tell you how to trade, just friendly advice.

It might, but if it rolls over the SPX could go fill that gap just under 2600. Profit taking and minimal earning announcements could be the catalyst.

ETA: Or if Ackmann gets his lying ass on CNBC again crying about a return of the covid demon.

I just nibbled on the 5/15 SPY 285p today. I'm still mostly in cash though. I'm not going crazy betting against the market.

Surprise!

I agree. One thing I do appreciate is anytime we get call heavy (3+) positions, we'll hedge. I hate being leveraged too much one way or the other.
