Taking out 33% of my SPY / some other mutual funds that I'm in, will hold the cash and look to re-enter on a retest.

That 229 gap still looms down there

They did just pull over the Ex Security Chief from Facebook. Sure it won't stay down for long. $ZM is keeping who knows how much of the economy alive right now.

I keep hearing this but it doesn't make logical sense to me. The reason things are shutting down is to save the number from growing too large. IF the number stayed really high and we were shut down that would be depressing for everyone.

I'll preface this by saying I've not really been on board with wide spread shut downs like we're doing.

You can't shutdown a 22 Trillion dollar economy for a virus that has a 98% survival rate. Sorry, **** happens, but it's not worth killing everyone because some will die.

It's becoming quite obvious this virus isn't going to be the end all/be all - hell even the models are showing they were waaay overblown but now we are basically paralyzed by inaction. Corporations aren't budging until the local/state/fed governments budge and the politicians don't want to deviate from their original plans because they can't/don't want to explain why the models were absolute garbage. Madness.

Is there a way to see retail flows that aren't a week old? I can only find ones that end as of 4/1.

There was inflow, but is wasn't much. There was more inflow mid March than the above.

News I'm hearing is a cut of 10 million barrels. The markets look to have priced it in already so I don't see how any money can be made on the announcement.

It's a damned if you do, damned if you don't situation. No one wins. If we kept everything running the way it was in February, you wouldn't be thinking the same thing right now. I am not for shutting the economy down. Back to the stocks. I'm not trying to start an argument.

Trumps involved so, no way Saudi walks away and Russia needs the higher prices for their economy so I think the deal is already done.
