Margin accounts with less than $25k are limited to no more than 3 trades opened and closed on the same day.

So if you were to buy stock for apple, Microsoft, and Amazon and then sell each of those in the same day then you would reach the 3 day trade limit.

You can always open a cash account and then you will not be restricted in this way as you are in the margin account.

So I've got 2k I want to throw in the market here soon, I know not a big amount. Anyone have any suggestions on some solid stocks that are cheaper/undervalued that I could look into to get to hold for long term? I've got some money in the market but I'll admit I'm pretty new to this and learning. Thanks

I kinda think the same. I bought a bunch of Wynn a couple weeks ago and am up 2k on it and have thought hard about taking the profit and having around 5k for the bottom. It's blown up the past couple days but I know there's got to be a fall coming.

I sold out of mine today. Probably going to go all cash by Friday and accept the losses that result.

I don't see many positives out of the next few weeks baring a hail mary touchdown with with hydroxichloroquine the Prez is touting...and only then as a prophylatic. Will be buying back in in a month or two.
