Their CFO joined long after they started having problems. He was brought in to help fix the issues but it was too far gone. Will be a good learning experience for him as he's pretty young.

They just merged with Forest Oil last year, too. The company I worked for did quite a bit of work for SOG. A lot of good people there.

BIL's company just laid down 4 rigs in EF and 2 frac spreads. "Preparing them for future operations". President stated the plan is to bring them back after 2016 1st Q.

Doubtful. For a producer to get to FID, they need a transportation solution for their crude. No RFPs have been sent out from Shenandoah, nor do we expect any to be sent out anytime before the next 12 mos. Assume that it takes another year to negotiate with a pipeline, you're looking at 2017 at the soonest for FID. Maybe even later.

Gotta be Lewis. They are fairly integrated and probably own their own frac spreads. Lewis is mostly on the dry gas side of the EF.

Deepening/widening to allow for super tankers. Was scheduled to be completed in 2014 but current projections for 2016.

Will open up our products to entirely new markets which are currently too cost prohibitive to ship.

EDIT: As an example, LNG super tankers taking cheap natural gas to Japan, etc.

With the rate Australia, SE Asia and East Africa will be pumping LNG in the coming years I am not too hopeful for US exports to Asia. Maybe if it was coming from the west coast but not the GOM.

From what I understand, cost of transportation the west coast makes Long Beach a dying bet...GOM is apparently what is being bet on. Goldman Sachs was doubling down on the area.
