This team just needs a pitcher (or two) to step up and grab the reigns, and lead them. The lineup, while not great at Tampa, is good enough. But the pitching just simply hasn't been good enough.

That's 4 out of five series lost since the all star break. About half the losses they haven't even looked competitive. With no baseball likely next year, I don't envy CY or ray Davis. Ok, maybe I envy Davis bc he's rich and owns a team

It's just been maddening these last two seasons to see pure mediocrity, especially this year with the AL West being so spare. But we will finish somewhere within a game or two of the division with 80 wins.
