I almost hate the seamen as much as I do the rangerettes so I've been really enjoying this nosedive by those ass holes.

Rangerettes are complaining about their hitting coaches. Who, oh who, might hold the title of Major League Hitting Coach for the Texas Rangers? Yep, your BFF and mine, Hackathon Cintron. They actually hired the bum. Idiots!
Hahahahahahahahahaha.

I know there are folks here that would like to see Miller fired as pitching coach, so would you like to see Mike Maddux hired to replace him?

I'm glad you brought this up - how are you feeling about the hitting coaches this year?

The pitching has gotten,l much, much better as the season has gone on.
It's almost like not using or having bad pitchers means you'll get good pitching.

Doesn't matter much because the lead hitting coach just quit mid-season to take the same role at Wake Forest. Seems REALLY odd to me unless he just didn't want to be in MLB anymore. I will say that we don't appear to be doing nearly as well in the last week or two offensively without him than we were before he quit.

Our pitching has improved steadily as the pitchers we put out there have learned how to put pitches in the strike zone. It puts a lot more pressure on the hitter when they know they can't just watch four pitches and get a walk while waiting for a middle-middle FB on 3-0 to drive. Who knew?

More money, less of a grind, would be my guesses.

Yeah, I just thought it was odd that he wouldn't finish out the season here since Wake's season doesn't start for another 5-6 months.

It's improved since Burrows, Weiss, Arraghetti and Imai are no longer in the starting rotation.

I had to think for a long moment on who "Weiss" was there.

They have significantly improved.
.684 OPS to .714 OPS.
Shay Whitcomb was claimed off waivers by the Giants today. He was designated for assignment on Monday.

We are in position to administer a kill shot on the reeling Mariners this weekend.
We need to sweep them like we did Texas and make the division a two team race (or toddler crawl).
