That's bad. Just bad.

It's completely obvious when the catcher moves his damn mitt a full frickin foot

According to the radio broadcast, this ump literally is a minor league ump filling in or something.
Why did they put him behind the plate? Is the whole crew minor league umps or was there some reason he couldn't work at 1st or 3rd? Help me understand...EastSideAg2002 said:

Would we have 5 more wins this year if not for terrible catchers having career games against us? Is it more than that? Just bonkers.

Detroit game tonight ( Roger's)
Atlanta series ( de arnaud?)
Seemingly every oakland loss ( Langeliers)
The langeliers crap is on our pitching / coaching staff. They have to know the dude is from Keller and eager to put on a show for his family. Should've walked him after the first home run he hit on us.
There might be more terrible catcher dominance at our expense that I am not listing here tho.
Astros caratini went deep and killed us once or twice
To expand on this: exactly 25% (15 of 60) of the home runs allowed by the Rangers this season have come from catchers.

As @kennlandry just said after I read this stat off, "there's eight other positions!" https://t.co/bRCdAYzXYf
Bruce Bochy said Evan Carter’s back injury is “worst then we thought” and may miss a month. He classified it as a stress reaction.

Max Scherzer threw a 40 pitch live bullpen today. He said he “checked a box” and will see how he recovers before taking the next step.
