Back in its hey-day, you had to go through this huge security checkpoint to get onto the field or into the tunnels of the Dome. After the Oilers left down and the Astros moved to MMP, you could have walked through that checkpoint with a bazooka and they wouldn't have noticed.
Was there still plywood under a section of the endzone turf when yall played? You could literally bounce up and down on it

For most pitchers, I agree. But Framber tends to let those things get to him, first inning of game 2 is a perfect example. How many hard hit balls did they have in the first?
so basically you're saying if he doesn't throw no hit baseball he needs to be pulled??? He's a ground ball pitcher. People will get on base when he pitches. No need to overreact if they string a couple texas leaguers together on him.


He committed an error and had a string of texas leaguers that hurt him the other night. It happens. I agree he's a head case, but framber is always a ground ball away from getting out of an inning. He didn't get shelled, and he kept them in the game. He didn't help us, but he didn't lose that game for them team.
No, I'm not saying he has to have no hit baseball. It's the compilation of things that tends to blow him up. One hit, hard hit or a texas leaguer, ok, you're right, he's a double play away. But that second dink hit in a row seems to get to him.....then a grounder to him that he misfields, then makes a throwing error, etc.

I'm saying if he has the exact same inning he had in game 2, I'm pulling him after that third batter. Even though it could have easily been a 5 pitch inning.

I don't think it was the right time to pull him seeing as it was game 2. I was fine letting him go there. I don't think he deserves as long of a leash if we have a game 6.

yeah it doesn't seent to do sports faces too well. Not really sure why. It is a colossal time waster though. I have a lot of AI pictures of beagles fighting each other with lightsabers that I can't really pretend were done for work purposes.

And imagine that I always tried to be friendly with those guys. I've accepted South Platte's view of the opposition- they are all trash, but I'll further define them as limp-wristed lisp speaking capri wearing beta boys who snicker behind their keyboards. Or maybe they are gut flopping Bud Light burpers. Either way, they are the ones that when you meet in person suddenly claim they were only joking and meant no offense... yeah, their team color should be pastel yellow.
I love Texas Aggie sports, but I love Texas A&M more.
