He definitely favors veterans to a fault. What happened to Yainer happened to Trea Turner in D.C. as well, but this seems to be tied to Straw being traded against Dusty's wishes.

Not a huge Astros fan, are you? That's former Astro Art Howe horribly portrayed by Phillip Seymore Hoffman (RIP) and yes, Dusty is a stubborn jack ass like Howe was portrayed in the movie but Donkey is taking it to a whole new level.

Astros can still win the division if they win at least 3 out of their last 4 games, but 1 of the wins must be against Seattle tonight and Texas must go 1-4 with that win also being against Seattle.

If the Astros can, by some miracle, win the last 4 games, Texas must go 2-3 with at least 1 win vs Seattle.

If the Astros do not win the divsion, they still can get the WC 2 spot with at least 2 wins but both Seattle and Toronto have to crap the bed. 3 wins makes that easier (obviously).

1 win makes is nearly impossible to even get the WC 3 and that win pretty much needs to be against Seattle unless Texas can sweep Seattle.

No need to mention 0 wins over the last 4.

So all year Dusty has preached about Dubon playing CF because of his defense.

So in a must win game with a ground ball pitcher on the bump he sits Chas and plays Dubon.

WTF is going on in that dome of his? Everything he does never makes sense with what he previously has said.

I would really love to put 10 on them thru 4 then let Stanek let a few fly vs Julio (I like Julio, but he's their dude) for hitting Diaz & Chas yesterday.
