As much as we ***** about Dusty, at least he ain't Jimbo. The guy that has been given literally everything a coach needs and still cannot win.

Maybe we can ask the mods to place a warning in this thread to protect ourselves.

Rangers hung on to beat the A's 3-2 which I think is a good thing. We want them to still be breathing for the games they have left with Seattle.

We're about to get our "easy" week. Need to take care of business and the rest will sort itself out.

Huge pitching advantage tomorrow, and then the next 6 games against Oakland/KC should be a 5-1 stretch at minimum
So 6-1, or even 5-2 starting tomorrow would probably let us gain another game or two depending on if the Dodgers take care of business in Seattle

oh, now here's something very interesting...
as the Astros rotation is set up right now...
neither Framber nor JV would start in Seattle
hmmn, don't like that.
might should skip someone or give someone an extra day

Idk... Jimbo rode Jameis to a NC. Dusty rode a loaded team and a historic bullpen to to a WS. Both have been mediocre outside of that.
