Even with the error, he's a plus +1 at SS. At 1B, 2B, & 3B he's listed at zero. I am guessing there are favorable partial points that round him up to two. His added success rate is positive at each position.

He's only played a total of 75 innings.

Jon Singleton's 163 wRC+ with Sugar Land ranks 2nd among PCL hitters with at least 140 PAs. Nolan Jones, who ranks first, has had a 116 wRC+ in the Majors with Colorado this season. Singleton has better batted ball data and a worse Triple-A BABIP. He can help!
