Colorado has a 108 EV .710 xBA & 111 EV .770 xBA for outs. That's rough. Outside of that, Bielak has done a great job.

That is what is frustrating. You know the good Maldonado attributes are still there and that he is still good for some great veteran plays.
A halfway decent manager would let Maldonado be the sage backup catcher, personal catcher to Framber, and mentor/coach to Diaz.
