Was at the game tonight and first time at Arlington Park and here are my thoughts:

1: Rangers Crowd sucks. They only ever made noise to boo Altuve (that didn't work out too well) and were all trying to do the wave from the 7th on, in a close game. Including a group by us in the bottom of the 9th with 1 out lol

2: Arlington Park is not good. Yes it's new and fresh but the sight lines suck and it's basically a free for all getting in cause it's a self scan ticket booth that my wife and I definitely could have just walked in without a ticket.

3: They mentioned at least 6 times that they had 4 all star game starters haha hang the banner!

4: There were a ton of Astros fans there and we were loud!! Constant "let's go Astros" chants that drowned out any attempt by Arlington to make any noise.

5: HIDE YA KIDS AND HIDE YA WIFE, CAUSE THE 'STROS ARE ****ING COMING! ALSO **** THE RANGERS!!!

So this series feels a lot like last year when we came out of the ASB to face a hot Seattle team for 4 games in Seattle.

They were all the talk of the league with a lot of buzz, playoff atmosphere, super pumped fan base and we weren't playing all that great. Well we came in handled business and swept them.

This team knows how to win when they need to and has no problem buckling down. Hopefully results are the same this year!

If Yordon was back I'd feel the sweep was imminent.

As of today I feel this is going 2-2 or 3-1 us. Hope I'm pleasantly surprised though.

Yea. We let W Harris and Graveman walk under similar circumstances and signed/developed other guys to replace them. Not sure why Montero was the guy we decided "yea, he's the one who's worth 3/$30+ million to keep".

Bullpen guys having career years in contract years is always a little suspicious for me. Maton and Neris have been great this year in their contract years. Shocking.

That reminds me of Aggie football. I hate 11am games, but I like when they win so I can relax and watch football the rest of the day with no anxiety.
