if Dubon gets 300 at-bats in 2023...something has gone really, really wrong with the season

As long as he's playing back up 2B or SS when Altuve comes back, and NOT being thrown in CF on a f-cking whim, I don't care.Frok said:
I still think Dubon sucks

With 6000 games logged he should know that nobody is infallible, including him. Starting Meyers over Chaz the first two games is just one example.Silent For Too Long said:
Was doing some research today and saw Dusty will eclipse 6000 games as a player or coach this year. Pretty amazing statistic.
(And there will still be people who think they understand the game of baseball better then him ).
To whom should Dusty send his 1st thank you card? The rat Mike Fiers? If not for him, Dusty would still be unemployedSilent For Too Long said:

this. no way in hell you trade Dubon if he continues what he's doing. Biggest factors being that he's controllable and cheap.
I would never say "no way in hell". Depends on what the other team offers, no?AustinCountyAg said:

He said he put on 20 lbs this off-season. Possibly that was muscle weight and made him stronger and faster. It doesn't take much at this level to make a difference. And we are talking about going from .200 to .250. That's a 5/100 increase. 5 balls that fall in that didn't before. Being a little quicker and stronger makes that happen.
Whatever it is I'm not looking a gift horse in the mouth and I hope he becomes the next trash can Marwin.
