The throw was awesome, the temper tantrum that led to it was an embarrassment. Enough to get him traded within 2 days. He's been a cancer in every clubhouse in his career, even at UCLA. Don't want him anywhere near Houston, and most MLB clubs feel the same way.

The ump scorecard rankings for the season, sorted on % of games a team was favored. Both NY teams are at the top and over 60%. I bet at home it's over 70%. That's insane.

Thinking of taking my kids to game 2 on Sunday. Any idea when they will announce game times? They don't even say what the time slots are but assume mid afternoon and evening (3 and 7pm?) since both games are on Fox channels. I see upper deck tix are going for just under $100. Am I better off waiting to buy tickets as it gets closer or grabbing something while I can? Thanks all!

FS1 is covering the AL games and as of now I'm showing them blocking off the 3 and 8pm ct slots on my guide. If that's true I can't seem them giving Baltimore a 9pm start..

They will not be on any actual broadcast. There will be shows on Space City covering our games.

TBS already shows LAD with the late game on my Xfinity guide. I wish FS1 would do the same

The quote about the reports makes sense. I'm sure it was overblown and they weren't partying until 2am, so I get defending that because it's a direct insult to their professionalism. GM should do that.

However, the response of "everybody does" to the host of the radio show saying we all hate Houston is the next level pettiness from a GM.

The thing I love about the Rangers broadcast on Sunday is if the opposite happened, the Mariners played a scrub lineup and the dbacks played their starters for 6 innings, and the Rangers won to keep first place, it would be radio silent.

The Rangers broadcast probably owes the dbacks an apology as well. They directly questioned the integrity of the team by saying they didn't respect competition since the Astros had something to play for and were trying to win.

What a franchise of babies.
